Natalie's former partner, Christian-Chaussard founded the Domaine Le Briseau in 2002 just north of Touraine. Together, Natalie and Christian started the "Nana Vins et Cie" label for the wines in which they buy grapes from trusted farmers. The grapes they buy are farmed in the exact way Natalie farms her own grapes. She follows an organic and biodynamic approach with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeast with very light filtration. Unfortunately, Christian passed away so Natalie has carried on the business.
