Taking further steps to restore health to the soil, Arlaud began using horses to plough his vineyards rather than the more common use of tractors, granting a clearer path for \u003cem\u003eterroir\u003c\/em\u003e in these classic Burgundian wines. \u003c\/p\u003e\n \u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eOka\u003c\/em\u003e, picturing one of the iconic plough horses, is a classic pinot noir with minimal intervention. Made from 40 year old vines, this bottle uses fruit from several parcels including \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eMorey St Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, Vougeot, Hautes Côtes de Nuits, and Côtes de Nuits.
